Strengthening
Bought these for someone with a wrist/hand injury to increase their strength. These come in a pack of differing resitances to use to stretch the fingers and increase strength. They work well but won’t fit everyone’s fingers if you have big digits. Not sure of their overall benefit but seem to do their job.

They are silicone, they do fit on you fingers, not natural to use - bought for strengthening fingers for rehab , they just sit in the bottom of the gym bag.
