This sieve works great for freshly milled grains. It removes a lot of the bran, and it isn’t too difficult or time consuming to do.

Passoire très performante
Excellent produit. Il est efficace pour filtrer à peu près tout . Que ce soit la farine ou les bouillons, cela fonctionne à merveille. Personnellement, je m'en sert pour faire de la purée de pomme de terre sans grumeau. Les chefs français utilisent ce genre de passoire pour écraser les pommes de terre et s'assurer qu'il n Y a pas de grumeaux. Il suffit d'.écraser les pommes de terre cuites avec un grattoir en silicone. La chai de la patate passe au travers des fines mailles et on obtient une purée lisse à souhait. L'autre grand avantage est que la compagnie Vevor offre différents grades pour la grille de la passoire. Le produit présente une belle finition et il est solide. J'ai d'autres produits Vevor et ils sont performants et fiables.
