They feel solid, well made, and are light weight.I like that your palms are facing inward. It feels more stable to me than when I use the traditional lat pull down bars. Especially at heavier weights. This main grip design rests the heel of your palm on a flat panel which helps secure your grip. Some people with sweaty hands may find the grips slippery without using chalk or gloves. If they had some knurling on the main grips, that may help. I'm fine with hand chalk.The 3 different bars give you a good variety of exercise uses. Lat pull downs, tricep press downs, seated rows, etc., and all with many different grip variations along the bar.These bars are a great gym addition. The comfort level is great on the hands. Dont feel any pinching nor any sore spots on my hands. The welds are good and did not have any weld "bb's" to have to deal with. My only complaint is that on the 2 longer bars, the handles are straight. I wish they would have been at an angle like the smaller bar is. they came wrapped in foam wrap so they have absolutely no blemishes in the powder coating from shipping even though the box was beat up. Overall these are quality bars and a decent price. These will last for a while.

Added a center mounted lat pulldown to my home gym rack and wanted to get a set of attachments that gave me different widths for lat pulldowns. This Seleware set is quality stuff and very comfortable when gripping and doing pulldowns. A minor nitpick, but because it's all metal, if it's cold outside, it can be cold to the touch, so just have grips or be ready for that. Not a deal breaker, just something to note depending on where you use it, if you cna control the temperature or not.

The title says it all. These are similar lat bars that place the hands in a more neutral position. They are hollow bars with additional pieces welded on, then powder costed.They do not feel cheap, however, while I'll probably never have to worry about, I do have some reservations about their ability to bend under stress - then again, if you're lifting that much weight, you probably have better equipment anyways.For the beginner or the simple home gym, these are great.

I use them for my basement gym but would not hesitate to bring them to my outside gym. You can take these to the gym without feeling like you are lugging a set of your own 50lb dumbbells.-Great deal for the price. Yes, QUALITY gym equipment is expensive. You get what you pay for and I feel I am paying for QUALITY- well worth it.-Versatility.
