Ok, it did take a looooonnnnggg time to arrive, just as they posted in their description. I don't know why I thought it might come faster if I paid for expedited, that is definitely not what they promised, and it didn't. It arrived weeks later just as they said. When it did arrive first impressions were it's heavy, but hey there are 5 speeds in that HUB so what did I expect. Second impressions it's bigger than I thought it would be, time to respoke those wheels to make it fit. Third impression Sturmey Archer still makes quality products and this thing is BAD ASS. It's not for everyone. If you're happy with your little 3 speed nexus hub that came with your store bought bike, look somewhere else. This hub is for the guy who wants just a little more torque going up hill and a little more speed on the flats. One more gear on the bottom end and one on the top end can make all the difference for the right individual. Because when you're pedaling your ass off on that 3 speed beach cruiser heading to the bar to get there before happy hour is over, that's the time when my ass is flying by you in 5th gear getting my drink half off and taking your seat at the bar.
