There are only two downsides to this bag - 1) I have no use for the insulated bottle bag that comes with it because you can just use the insulated pockets inside, and 2) No top handle, though to be fair, I didn't know I wanted one until I didn't have it. This bag is pretty awesome otherwise.I've been wanting to get a bigger purse / downsize my diaper bag for a while. I'm on my third baby and knew I wanted a backpack. I did oodles of research on different bags - regular backpacks, mini backpacks, security backpacks - before finally landing on a smaller size diaper bag backpack. Stroller hooks are apparently important to me!This bag balances the stylish look of a leather purse with the functionality of a diaper bag. And I love the bright gold hardware!My wallet goes in the back security pocket, and I can fit diapers for the baby, pull-ups for the toddler, a couple changes of clothes, a big bottle of sunscreen, a few toys, and a muslin blanket inside. And the "mommy bag" and the changing pad. I feel like I'm forgetting something, but that all fits in the main compartment. And you can still use the side pockets for a water bottle, though they are a bit small for a wipes package. Oh, that's what I was forgetting - the wipes fit inside the main compartment too!All-in-all, I'd give this bag a 9.5 out of 10 stars, if only for the stinking handle that I didn't know I wanted.

This is an excellent baby bag, I can fit so much in it for its relatively small size. Some other reviews mentioned a bad smell but mine smelled fine. I knocked off one star because the lack of a top handle does prove annoying, and the zippers feel low quality a catch sometimes, I would be surprised if the zips last as long as I need the bag to last.

I wasn't sure it would be big enough but it has plenty of room for everything and still is compact enough to carry. I am a great grandma and cannot carry a lot but this works great!

I am no one's mother.This past weekend I went to the fair and I brought along one of my mini backpacks.It was not big enough for what I wanted to carry around... The water bottle that fit inside could not stay upright... the seat belt style shoulder straps really felt uncomfortable right away and I knew I'd be walking around for hoursandeverything was a jumbled mess inside the black hole of a bag. I was very displeased.Then I remembered that I had put it in my Donate Pile in my garage and ran out to grab it to use it for the fair.So now I know why I wanted to donate it..I went through all of my bags and determined that I have plenty of handbags but nothing that can handle all of the ridiculous stuff that I want to carry on day trips. Handbags are awesome for dates and brunch and looking at... But mini backpacks are super important for everything that I actually want to do while I bring stuff with me.Sorather than use one of my Loungefly bags... which honestly don't hold a lot.. I tried this! It's much cuter than a full size backpack and bigger than a mini backpack and it has insulated cup holders! I picked the light gray because it looked like it might go with everything. I used to wear all black, but now I live in Florida and everything got brightened up, so why not have a bright bag?I absolutely adore the striped interior, I think it makes it look a bit less like a diaper bag than it could. I love the sections. I was able to put everything in the bag and then find it again! All of it! I use the included insulated bottle bag for various toiletries and the insulation comes in handy, because, I leave my purse in my trunk while I'm at work and I think this helps keep things from melting, honestly...My wallet and cell phone both fit in the little wristlet so I can just grab that for a quick jaunt if I don't want to carry everything else. And then all of the things that I have always wanted to bring around with me actually fit in this backpack. Everything! Plus also a water bottle. And it's in an insulated pocket! And it stands up!And you know how we are with our wanting to carry water everywhere and then hardly ever remembering to drink it? This is the perfect bag for that.I would honestly say that it makes an excellent day bag. I can't help you if you are looking for information on putting baby things in it, but as far as grown-up things? it's quite perfect.I have even joked with friends about putting some ice cold beers in the interior insulated pockets and heading to the beach. Don't think I won't.
