This attachment fits my Cuisinart stand mixer perfectly. The attachments are solid metal, no plastic. I expect them to last quite a while. I have made my own noodles for quite some time, and this makes it so easy. Wish I had got them sooner!

I've used the brand pasta maker attachments, so I was nervous buying a different brand, but I can truly say this set is built sturdy and works great!

The roller works great. It makes long sheets and very thin. I made ravioli out of it. It was so easy love love love it. I also bought the one that cuts the spaghetti or fettuccine. They’re all amazing easy to install on your KitchenAid mixer and easy to operate and clean.

Poorly made and frustrating to use. It jams every time I run it, and the whole thing feels like it’s about to fall apart.

I bought this maker of pasta attachments after I returned the Kitchenaid brand. The other brand had aluminum as part to the metal, which I did not like. This brand is all stainless steel, so clean up is a snap. These are very easy to use and user friendly. It makes perfect fettuccine, spaghetti and flat pasta. Just two ingredients - eggs and 00 flour. Healthier than boxed store bought with chemicals. My first go was Fettuccini Egg noodles. Butter and salt.

I can’t imagine the name-brand product being any better than this Newsets set. I’m very impressed by the quality; these are solid, heavy, and feel built to last. The pasta roller goes from 8 (thickest) to 1 (thinnest). I stopped at #2 for a perfect capellini. The spaghetti cutter worked flawlessly with no sticking. While I haven't tested the fettuccine attachment yet, the build quality gives me total confidence it will perform just as well. If you're looking for a heavy-duty alternative to the expensive originals, I highly recommend this set!

I would have never thought making my own noodles would be so easy . . . and FUN! I am partial to a certain brand of noodles not available in Canada. I always buy a stockpile whenever I'm in the U.S. but I'm making fewer trips there and, as well, the noodles have gotten SO expensive ($8 CND per bag). A friend told me about the pasta maker attachment for my kitchen aid so I bought it on a whim. The noodles are easy and delicious!!! Making them was not terribly time consuming and clean-up was easy.

This works great. I was concerned when I purchased this because it is not a name brand, but being so much cheaper I just had to try it. It took me a little while to figure out but once you get it it's not difficult. I like that it has different thicknesses. It is a little bit difficult to clean but I imagine that goes with what type of product it is. The past that we have made has been excellent!
