Useless product

It crashes every ten mins. It plays Spotify but loses Bluetooth for volume . Radio channels get no signal and don’t work . When it goes to bmw camera it displays it upside down and back to front . It disables bmw Bluetooth even tho it tells you you need it in the instructions. The volume is low but has high distortion that you can’t remedy . Trying to contact support is more difficult than fighting a cocaine bear ! I don’t want it but no one is listening
