Best I've had!
I love this! I was doubtful at first as I've tried a few fitness 'gimmicks' over the years. I managed to get fit last time using a slimming club and hula hoop but haven't got the time or the space now. This is brilliant! As a well overweight, unfit person I started slow. I did 20 rolls back and forth once a day and wore myself out. I've been using it nearly every day for a fortnight and can now do four lots of 50 with relative ease. It's working all the bits I need and I can already see the difference. I might be brave enough to post before and after pic's when I get to where I want to be. The best bit about this is it doesn't take up much space for storage and you can use it as much as you're comfortable with. I can't recommend this enough!

Go for it
Good for abs work out, it came coupled I only inserted the handle which was super easy. My husband and I use the Ab roller for exercise. The rebound works well. Be careful when you fall or stop while holding the equipment the rebound rolls back.
