Cast Iron Teapot Set, Japanese Tetsubin-Style Kettle with 2 Matching Cups and Tea Infuser, 1200 ml, Black

When this arrived the infuser was missing from the teapot. Contacted the seller and received an auto reply saying they would contact me in two working days and then nothing. It is a shame as this is a lovely teapot but their customer service was a total let down. Without the infuser, it is useless as a pot for loose tea (unless up are prepared to buy a replacement) which was the purpose for buying it. Very disappointed with the seller and lack of response.

We love this new tea set! It's very heavy-duty and looks stylish. The tea gets cold quickly so I recommend filling the pot with some hot water before making your tea so it already soaks up some heat. Also be a bit careful with the lid. Ours rusted when we left it out for a day and/or didn't dry it off well enough.

These teapots can be quite expensive so I was a little worried about quality as it seemed comparatively cheap, but was very pleasantly surprised! It looks great and makes excellent tea, and comes with 2 cute little cups, a plate for underneath it and the mesh filter inside. The little cups get very hot so be careful!

Bought this for my mum as she loves authentic teapots . She was over the moon with this and loves to show it off to any visitors . Definitely recommend. Fantastic present x

Wonderful Tea set. All nice and heavy and the cups feel lovely to hold. The cups do get hot so I'd recommend to only half fill them when the tea is very hot. The pot keeps the tea hot for a long time, a lot longer than ceramic. Has made having tea more of a nice ritual.
