I think I could have gone one size smaller, but I'm also very much in between sizing right now. So I'd say it's pretty close to true to size. It was far more comfortable than I anticipated and definitely helped give me shape and look smoother.

I love this so much! I got this for my graduation and it was amazing. It snatched my in at the waist and gave an hourglass look. It did get uncomfortable after a while but it was still very nice.

These are so comfortable and provide a really great amount of support for your belly. I am 5’4” 145 lbs and the Medium is great!

I ordered a size down to get more compression. Doesn't really hold anything in. And the thong is super uncomfortable since I got it smaller. But I feel like if I got it bigger, there really wouldn't be any tummy control. Not going to wear. Waste of money.
