This shoehorn is the perfect size for those of us with back problems unable to bend over to over to slip on shoes. I had no idea such a thing existed, but hoped I could find a solution to the problem. Most I advertised as "extra long" I found were only 16" long. No good. I did see a few others here on Amazon that were longer, but after studying them all I picked this one and I'm glad I did. It's very well made, sturdy, and just the right length to use while standing up (I'm 5'10" BTW).

This is the best shoe horn that I have ever used. After an back injury that limits the normal bending of something as some as putting shoes on, this is a life saver. In the past most of the shoe horns have been plastic, and last for a while. Usually a short while though. When they break or get lost then you are in a bad spot. This one is about perfect in length and construction. After using this one for about 6 months I feel confident in saying that this one will last forever. Made of steel, but is a thinner high grade of steel. Weight is around 8 or 10 ounces, very solid and long enough to put shoes on while standing. Going to buy another one just to have incase this one gets misplaced.

It's a whole new world with our extremely high quality, extra long shoe horn. We are so spoiled now that we've started to use this shoe horn. We literally are in our shoes in seconds and don't have to worry about achy bad backs being problematic with getting out the door now. Our feet slide right in and off we go. Love the workmanship of this much needed tool. We'll probably have to will it to a younger family member because it's made so well. And, the extra length means both my 6' husband and I (5' 3") can use without the need to bend, especially when the pups are putting the press on you to hurry and get them outside. This shoe horn works flawlessly on a variety of shoes, ranging from boots to sandals and with or without socks. I'm hoping more come in stock so we can buy enough to keep one at each doorway.

This is a solid shoe horn. No fears about it bending. The long handle makes it convenient for me to slip on/into sneakers while standing (I’m 5’6”). It should last a lifetime.

This shoe horn replaced on I lost during a move. If I had known about it before, I would have replaced my old horn the first day I got it.This horn is very durable. It is thick with a nice slippery finish that lets your foot glide into your shoe.The length is great as I do not have to be sitting down to get my into my shoes.

Nice and long and me being over 6' tall I don't need to bend over at all. I had the cheaper plastic ones but they kept snapping in half. Since this is one solid piece of metal it should last forever—nice leather handle cover for comfort. Solid metal, won't bend.Worth the money because you won't have to keep buying multiple cheap plastic ones.
