Are they available customized?

I don’t believe so, but there are different settings for the type of way the lights will glow

Do they always blink?

They have a switch to where you can turn them off and on. I believe there is two different kinds of blink modes too. Great product!

Do you leave the foam on when in use?

The hold thing made out of foam ... there are led lights inside

Will these batteries fall out of the battery holder?

Dear customer, These batteries of foam glow sticks won't fall out.Because our battery holder is reinforced with screws,so it's strong.
