The glass is pretty thin and I'm a little scared of that but other than that this thing works great, after reading the bad reviews and using this coffee maker, I really don't know how they're managing those issues but you know what they say, most bad reviews are user error. I'm loving the taste and look of this maker . seems easy to clean, and a decent price, makes 12 cups and the coffee temp is good

This worked good, but the coffee would never come out strong enough for me. Love the iced feature, but it definitely watered down the coffee a lot. Ended up returning

I'm a barista but made coffee at home long before I started. I am personally a fan of the simple but effective coffee machines, I don't want to bring my work home with an advanced machine home setup. I love iced coffee, especially strong, and this really is a great cup. Since you put ice in the pitcher right before brewing, the coffee bitterness is lowered significantly, most of the time I can't do that because the pitcher is too small. The hot coffee measurements on the side are pretty accurate too, there are measurements to follow in the owner's manual. I followed them and they worked out great with a medium roast, and dark too. The cleaning cycle takes a bit to get used to but there's no cleaning tabs, just a vinegar water mixture, and the machine cycles itself. Dishwasher safe for the removable parts is great. You can also remove the pitcher to get a cup of coffee during the cycle and it does have a good sensor, stops and restarts quickly. Brewed the 8 cups of coffee in about 15 mins, but a single cup was ready probably 5 minutes in, including water heating time. I haven't had it long so can't speak on longevity. But as an engineer now since retiring from barista, I can say it is well-thought out as a design and you get used to the button setup. Simple is better for drip coffee, when you're making it half asleep in the morning who wants to deal with it, but this does its job well! You can even set a time for it to be ready in the morning the night before, haven't tried that feature yet but good option.

I bought this November 2024 we are still February 2025 and today it will not make coffee. The price was great. The look and sleekness of it was phenomenal. I loved how it made regular coffee and it says iced coffee as well even though I don’t drink iced coffee, other people might who I have over. But it is not brewing. Nothing no more the plate gets hot, which is great, but the water is not flowing so once again I have no coffee, no coffee maker. I even tried switching it to regular brew nothing.

It brews quickly and holds several servings. I love the cold brew feature as well.
