I absolutely love these - keeps all the oils, grease and muck from going into the bottom of my oven trays when cooking stuff in my oven. You can get these in 10s, 20s and now 40s like the ones I'm reviewing now. I've been using them for ages now and can't speak highly enough of them. Easy to use, does what it says on the tin and no more mucky oven trays or grill trays! What more can I say? What more needs to be said? If you've not tried these before, buy yourselves a small pack and try them out. Be warned, once you do, you'll never stop using them! :)

I had received a couple of Toastabags Fat Controller sheets and thought they were great, so I searched on Amazon for them.This product came up and, since it was an "Amazon Choice" item, I thought it was the one I had loved.Unfortunately, either this product is a cheap knock off or Toastabags have changed the product but kept the same packaging.The sheets are far too thin and don't absorb the fat when you use them in a grill, so it serves no real purpose, and are just an expensive replacement for a sheet of kitchen foil and some kitchen roll to absorb any excessive fat.Find another version of this product to try!

Liquid has a tenancy to pool on top rather then be absorbed by the pad but saying that they certainly keep the grill pan very clean, I've used other pads which were thicker and actually absorbed more liquid but for the price this are great

Easy to use. Just lay on the grill or other tray and it soaks up most of the fat so saving flames or a burning smell. Need to leave it to cool so that the fat solidifies before folding up and putting in the bin. Usually single use unless minimum fat.

These are brilliant.I use them when making bacon and sausages mainly.My oven doesn’t need cleaning after use. Even the baking tray. I first line it with foil then put the pads on top. No washing up hooray!Wish they made thicker ones and larger size it still brilliant though.

I found that anything above 2 slices of bacon and they just couldn't cope. The fat doesn't seem to find it's way through to the absorbent layer and just runs off the top or sit in a puddle on top. When you turn them over you can't see the fat on the other side. I was really disappointed as I thought I'd found an inexpensive alternative to another brand but you get what you pay for.Having said that not all the fat makes it's way into the pan due to the puddling on top so save a little on cleaning.

These are marvellous. They save washing and cleaning the grill/oven because they absorb all fat. No fat splatters at all.Tip: remove from the grill as soon as cooking is finished or the absorbed fat can cause the sheet to stick to the mesh.

Excellent value for money. Does the trick. Wonderful. Never a messy grill pan again.
