🥰+ where this supplement shines is in the 4 probiotic strains which seem to be uncommon in other products of this type, research shows some strains are more potent at selective (for example, skin health) benefits than others, so that's a potential unique selling point if if the product really does work as promised+ individually packed so easy to take with you on the go, or on holiday+ mostly neutral taste, like dissolving a bit of flour in water, would be perfect if it had a bit of a sweetener/flavour in it+ no adverse effects after taking for a few weeks🤔- the actual CFU dose is rather low compared to other products (which, however, contain other strains so this might be the desired outcome, as these skin-beneficial strains might not be as proliferous in our body as more common ones)

Maybe it's because I have pustular psoriasis & plantar psoriasis I found it made no difference unfortunately

I don't have psoriasis, but I was intrigued by how the product claims to potentially improve overall skin tone and possibly enhance general health, including higher energy levels, better sleep, and an improved mood.I have used this product for over three months, purchasing it myself initially and receiving the final month's supply for free through the Amazon Vine programme in exchange for a review.Despite my hopes, I noticed no significant improvement in my energy levels, sleep quality, mood, or skin condition—I have some redness that isn't psoriasis but seems to be some kind of inflammation.The science suggests it may be effective for some and not for others. Therefore, it might not have worked for me but could work for you. I'm giving this product 3 stars, giving it the benefit of the doubt that it may help some people.Regarding the daily intake of the product, it doesn't taste particularly good. A bit of added flavour would have made this medicine more palatable!

I'm a big fan of probiotic supplements and use them often when needed so was delighted to be able to try these.These are quite different from my normal supply; they come in a powder as opposed to capsules. This means that the sachet needs to be stirred into a glass of water. The powder has a slight yeasty, chalky taste to it.I've used this a few a few days and not noticed any real improvement to my gut health.. usually after a capsule the results are very quick.At 30 quid for a month's supply these are definitely expensive compare to normal capsules. I cant comment on the claimed impact on the skin; let's be clear these are NOT medially proven, this is advertised as a supplements which alleviates symptoms... not as a cure.

I have moderate psoriasis covering my arms and legs so I bought a 2 month supply. I took this religously for the 8 week period and unfortunately there has been no improvement to my skin at all.
