I bought this jacket for my boyfriend because he's a truck driver and he's always traveling during snow season. Yes, to get out and pump gas and he's out in the cold.So the jacket is perfect and it keeps them warm. He's gotten a lot of compliments on the jacket, and he himself loves it because it's very convenient, and it's easy charging easy to put together. 👌🏽I would definitely recommend to others to purchase.

This is my second heated jacket after my first one (from a different brand) finally died. I didnt realize it when I ordered this one but it is a serious upgrade. The battery lasts a lot longer than my last one and more importantly - this one has so many more heating elements in it. This one covers almost the entire body and the best/favorite feature is that the pockets are warmed. I have Raynaud's and my hands get extremely cold very easily when the temperature starts to drop. This helps my condition so much by giving me a warm spot to stick my hands when it flairs up. Compared to other models i looked at i really like the style and look of this one, the built in hood, and the fact that it is sized very appropriately. I purchased based on my US Shirt size and the jacket fits exactly how i would have hoped. All in all - very happy with this Jacket and its performance.

Battery pack fully charged and jacket no longer heats up. Asked seller about extra battery pack since they take long to charge and never receive a response. Seller doesn't response.

This is a decent quality heating jacket. It doesn’t take a long time for a full charge. And one charge can be used many times. Instruction is easy to follow. The outer liner is pretty water resistant, my husband wore this in the rain with no problem. Waist and wrists are all adjustable to fit the needs such as when you try to keep the wind out. I like that it heats up at the back of the neck and shoulders too. Bought it for my husband to wear in cold days and it’s now his go to jacket for winter whenever he heads out. Also without turning the heat on, it’s warm enough for chilly days.

I Like the feel and comfort of jacket but there is no way to charger the battery . It did not come with an ac charger. Came with a very short cord that does not plug in to an ac outlet to charge it. You have to charge on your computer I would suggest they state that you have to purchase the ac cord separately and give option to add it on. I would have done that so it could be worn immediately. I was able to get it charged enough to try it out and lived it. Kept us very warm. I’m still trying to find a an a/c charger because I don’t always have access's to a computer to charge it. We are sr citizens . I have been very pleased with the customer support I have received in trying to get this worked out. They have been very quick to respond and fair. Probably just a difference in the wording would help with the confusion. I see battery pack included and I assume it is the battery and charger and not just the battery. I give them 10 stars on customer service as many companies would ignore the comment or just say sorry you had a problem you can return it. They are working with me so that my husband is able to use the coat. I look forward to getting the adapter to get it charged and ready to wear best customer service experience and I love how warm the coat it and how well it repels water. Wore it in the rain today and it was great. Kept me warm and dry. One month later snd still have not found ac power supply to charge battery. My cell phone will NOT charge it. So as of now it’s just another coat hanging in the closet since the battery is dead. Very sad because it worked great when the battery was charged. Tried several places to buy a charger and no one has one. Even went to a battery store no luck :(

Got it for my bestfriend and and some of the heating settings not wanting to work but other then that we liked it

Limited heating element locations (will need to take / upload pictures once I get it areas marked out on the jacket). It is NOT cover as much area as they picture it. Not even close.Battery power: The jacket needs the AC port for it to heat up decently. The 2.1A USB port doesn't provide enough : it's more like Luke warm.Battery location sucks : 1) the heating element in that area is actually outside (body, battery, heating element, outside right pocket) so the heating element is not in contact with the body to provide the heat. The battery is NOT towards the outside to be cooled by the environment. At the current location, it's being heated up by the heating elements.2) when you sit down, it's directly presses on the power buttons and can turn off the jacket.Power button location sucks. Absolutely sucks. If you wear anything under the jacket (layer up), it's really hard to see the power buttons. Then, if you sit down, the battery is in just the right spot to push onto the power buttons. You won't even know that you turned off the jacket unless you check in the lights constantly.Jacket materials : overall jacket materials are nice to the touch. Nice smooth inner lining. The arms need filling for insulation purposes.The part that I am impressed : the location of the heating element by the neck / upper back area. Once you put on the hood, you can really feel it but the drawback is that, the jacket needs to be zipped up and the hood up before you can feel that effect.In the event that you have to be completely zipped up, then the jacket is NOT enough as a standalone item.
