I've problems with my hip and back going out for the past 10+ years. It got to the point where I was visiting the chiropractor weekly. He'd explain that one of my hips was higher than the other, then he'd adjust me. During one visit he suggested I try shoe lifts. They have been a game changer. Since buying these Orthopedic Heel Wedge Lifts, my hips/back have stayed in place. I'm not spending $$$ on the chiropractor every week, and I'm not in pain! I use the entire lift, but they are very easy to peel apart to adjust for less height. I bought the two-pack, so I can leave the inserts in two pairs of shoes. They are also very easy to move to other shoes as needed.

However after using just a few times, the pieces came apart. I will have to glue them together. However they felt good on the first day.

My first time to purchase Dr. Shoesert heel lift and very impressed the quality of the materials and workmanship. It was comfortable to wear in any shoes to help support my walking. The size is kind of smaller than I expected, but definitely will buy again.

The removable layers sounded like a great idea, however the top layer came off first time I used them. I had purchased enough to put and leave inside my shoes instead of changing them out every time. Now I am going back and taking these out of all my shoes. Very disappointed

I strained my left Achilles tendon badly and saw a foot specialist when it didn’t seem to get better. He gave me an adjustable heel lift for my left shoe and it brought immediate relief. I’ve bought several other lifts on Amazon but none have been the same quality as the ones I got from the doctor UNTIL … I found Dr. Shoesert! These are exactly the same high quality and half of the price I paid in the doctor’s office. I will definitely be buying more of these as they have an adhesive pad to hold them in place so it’s easier to have the lift(s) for each pair of shoes.

I really thought I liked these. I even bought a 2nd one after I found the first one so comfortable. Today, however, I went to take the lift out of a pair of sneakers to put into another, and the three pieces had totally separated. The adhesive seemed to have disappear. I don’t know if it was water soluble and it got damp (it was being used in sneakers, but only a couple times) or what, but unless I can find a way to reglue the layers, it’s junk. And the fact remains, I shouldn’t have to look for ways to put it back together again… Very disappointed.

These inserts are perfect for women's shoes! The heel wedge lifts are comfortable and do the job, alleviating hip pain. I will buy more of these!!!
