This has a lot of nice extras, while main function is for lumbar/lower back issues. It also has these patches you can use on your body. Along with vibration/heating and stretching, display screen is easy to understand and use. Also auto modes work nicely. Comes with two helpful massage balls.Overall, very helpful for an aching back and more!

This works exactly as described. I only used it a couple minutes the 1st time and am building up to 15 minutes. Immediately after the 1st use, my pain was gone. As with all joint movement, be sure to ice afterwards and drink plenty of water. Excellent value.

This device can be used either lying down or sitting up. I really liked the vibration massage and heat. It also offers traction/stretching. Additionally, there are patches that can be used directly on the body. I like that there are a large variety of settings. Two massage balls were included as a bonus. I found this to be very helpful in relieving back pain.
