First up.. the packing on this unit is designed to deliver it in one piece.. packaging is awesome., also the delivery team were top class.The unit, gets a massive 5 stars from me. The colour is really nice, the whole unit looks solid (and it is) and the overall craftmanship is great.They undersell it in a few ways, not least of all is the sheer size of the freezer draws (top draw = approx. 400x350x200 cm) (bottom draw = approx. 380x300x200 cm.) - why they do not give the sizes in their ads I do not know but I needed more freezer space and I got it, plus there is additional space for an ice tray in a sliding draw in the lower draw.The main fridge part is plenty big enough for me, though I would have been happy with a little more bottle space.. all in all, a great little fridge and the app is basic but functional. The controls are very straight forward and the 'My Space' tray is a great idea as it is an additional space that can be used at 0*c - 5*c and this is also very functional.

Beautiful fridge excellent quality very quiet, love the 2 large drawers. Freezer drawers are very deep, easy to slide open. Value for money, temperature controls are easy to work, Would recommend this fridge, had lots of great compliments on it.

I bought this following a recommendation on Whi*ch. It has lived up to the hype.I keep it in the utility room. It is virtually silent, but provides sufficient space for the excess of fresh & frozen items from my kitchen fridge freezer.It actually performs much better than my Sm*g fridge freezer. Fresh vegetables, fruit and salads last twice as long in the humidity controlled storage drawer, saving money & waste.It was simple to install & connect to the app. The manual was missing, but a quick call to Haier put that right.Pleased with my purchase.

This is certainly a huge upgrade on our previous Fridge/Freezer which was in desperate need of replacement as trying to find anything in it was akin to traversing a Tundra as it was icing up so badly - likely due to the thermostat starting to fail.PROS:Everything is now far more easy to access, it’s also super quiet - if a little imposing (it reminds me of the Monolith in Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey” tbh!)Being eco-friendly and economical we’re definitely big ticks for me, but the frost-free option was its biggest selling point and it hasn’t disappointed (no more arguments about who’s going to defrost the freezer ever again…yay!)CONS:1) The water dispenser is an exercise in frustration due to being impossible to not cause spillage once your glass is full as it continues to pour as you pull your glass away. Mayne there’s some trick to it I’ve yet to master, but Gods know I’ve tried! So while the built-in drip tray is handy, it rarely catches much if anything, with Water ending up on the floor and front of the Fridge Freezer.2) You can only stand 2 cartons or bottles (ie a carton of Soya Milk or 4-pinter bottle) in the drinks tray. While you can lay one down on its side in between them, I’d only advise doing so with unopened / securely closed product only to avoid leakage. That space in between is more ideal for cans of soft drinks to be honest - which we rarely have. This space restriction is due to… [wait for it] …the water dispenser. Obviously that needs to go somewhere, but it’s a shame that the only thing that lets this Fridge Freezer down on 2 fronts is due to one thing: that Water Dispenser.My advice therefore is unless you’re happy navigating these 2 issues, go with the version that doesn’t have the Dispenser if that’s an option available to you as you’ll appreciate the storage space far more than you will having ice-cold Water, trust me.While these are not deal-breakers by any means, it’s worth being mindful of them before purchase regardless.Other than that, it’s a cracking product.Great Fridge Freezer for its price-point.PS: definitely go for the optional extra of paying to have your old unit removed when you get the new one delivered. You can be assured it will be disposed of safely and it just saves a load of hassle all ‘round. It’s well worth that extra twenty quid or so.

Absolutely love it,it’s like a mini American freezer.There is lots of room in both the fridge and freezer.It displays the temp on the front of the fridge and it beeps when you leave the fridge door open to long.Really massive in size and look nice and modern.Price wise it’s cheaper than anywhere else.

Before spending such alot on a fridge freezer I did hours of research and finally decided on this model. Mainly as it is not as deep as most fridge freezers with water dispensers and our space was limited. It is a really nice colour and sits perfectly in my kitchen. Easy to set up and use. Rollers on the back edge to ease manoeuvre.I've had it for almost 3 months now. We are a family of 4 and I do one big shop a week. It all fits in this fridge with ease, so very happy after years of struggling with my old model.My sons love the water dispenser which is easy to use and stays lovely and clean. I fill daily before going to bed and it does the day for 2 boys 11 & 14. In the summer I think it will need refilling 3 times a day.I love the freezer drawers which are easy to use, much preferred to the old plastic drawers in previous freezers. However if you fill too full the items fall down the back. Not an issue once you get used to how much to put it. Again it stores my weekly shop with spare room.I was worried about the energy rating as the specifications gave an f rating. I took the chance. My electricity bill hasn't increased massively so I guess it is fine.Overall for the price and given the smaller size of this model, I highly recommend as a family fridge freezer without spending the earth.Amazon gave me 0% finance over 5 months which was really welcome.
