most of the books list information and readers get confused at application but in this book Author elaborated application with real life experience

Impressed by the simplicity of writing & career manoeuvring concepts. Especially liked the TMRR part and ‘culture fitment’ while changing jobs.

This book is truly profound. This is one of those topics that no one really teaches you about, and you have to learn the hard way. For the first time, its all written out as a big picture strategy. So much of what needs to be done for a successful career is counterintuitive for me - and going through this book, I realised how I had 80% of it right, but wasn't finding success because I didn't know these counterintuitive suggestions.

THis book is very intriguing to read and i would suggest others to have a go at it. The book is not that long so you can have a go at it without much thinking and the advices that you will get in this book will only be beneficial to you. In this book, the author clearly puts all his life's experiences with luck and emotions while making some big decisions. Don't take it as your normal management or self help book but it's a book that's going to teach you valuable life lessons through his views. I was very impressed with the presentation of some ideas like doing things which would make your future self proud.ie. TMRR and not worrying about things that are not under your control.

Excellent read, Very well articulated and connects the reader to his core! must read for budding professionals and especially people in their mid way of careers. Knowing the author personally I could see he lived these principles and always had a great team around him. Very simple principles that are time tested and being practiced by many successful people around us.

I got a catalyst in my daily activities and started to read more books and it has indeed started a catalyst in my life !

The book arrived in perfect condition so kudos to amazon delivery. But the book is awful. Mediocre writing. Repitition. I could hardly get through the first chapter.

The book is immensely helpful in making critical career decisions like your own learning cycle in a job, right time for moving from your current job and a lot many other things for successfully managing your career. A motivating and guiding read for both experienced professionals and freshers.
