These last forever, we got the first set years ago. I had to buy more because my kids lose them at school/camp -- not because they break! I prefer sending these over plastic, and I don't lose my kitchen cutlery either. These are perfect for a lunchbox.

Great kids bamboo utensils.I see several postings on here that are only leaving 4 stars because these are kids utensils, because the forks have wide tines, or because the spoon is a bit shallow. This is EXACTLY what a kid's set of bamboo set of utensils is supposed to be. Note that the one review leaving 4 stars because the knife is curves some (a bit to the left I believe, which is more for right-handed people) is totally correct, but our 1-year-old daughter doesn't really care which hand she uses yet. We use these bamboo utensils all the time (even at home many times, and not just when we travel since they are not really sharp for kids). We have the adult version of these bamboo utensils which also have wide tines and are not that sharp as well (being made from wood), and we use them all the time so we don't need to use any plastic utensils when we're traveling or at parties. The carrier to keep them in is very handy, and they are great to bring everywhere you go. Definitely 5 stars (unless you are really pushing your kids to be lefty only with the knife, and by that time you should probably get them the adult version).

These bamboo utensils are great for little helpers in the kitchen. They are food grade and just the right size for toddlers who help with prep.

My daughter's work requires her to live out of her backpack at times, in areas where she can't always get to dishwater to clean up. She requested bamboo utensils because of their antimicrobial/antibacterial properties and sustainability. I was a little disappointed when they arrived and I realized I'd overlooked that these are "Kids" flatware, so they were smaller than I'd expected. It turned out it was a nice size because they're easy to stow away in a backpack or pocket. My daughter pointed out, the knife is long enough to reach into a peanut butter jar and the spoon into a standard size yogurt container. The utensils in her mess kit, a "backpacker's tool" or her multi-tool weren't long enough to do that. The spoon is a little shallow for things like cold cereal or soup, but fine for thicker foods. They are sturdy and the travel case with clip is handy. My son and I were travelling with her for a time so I ordered 3 sets. The colors of the cases are brighter than their pictures or names would make you think. More like primary colors - again fine, when I realized these are "kids" products.

Bought this 3-set bamboo utensils for my 6 year old's lunches. She loves it because it is pink, small size, has fork, spoon and knife and hangs by a mini hook that she attached to her backpack. It looks pretty cute and is functional for school lunch. I like the nylon/polyester bag and hook feature - definetely makes a difference. Thank you.

They advertise that the bamboo material is dishwasher safe but it's not, the forks start splitting and become unsafe. HANDWASH ONLY!

I really enjoy this cutterlery. I bought the child size set for ultralight camping. I was not disappointed. I have carried this set with me on 3 trips now and it's worked perfectly and is easy to clean on the go.
