Product was ripped before even opening the package. Extremely flimsy and not worth the money. I had to tape it together where it was ripped. Pretty disappointing

Easy to assemble, and opens just fine. Great for stocking full of chocolate coins and gifting to a chocolate-lover.The only critiques I have are that in order to keep the bottom flat when it's empty you need to tape it down, and if any part of it bends it's a little tougher to shut the lid. But that inconvenience costs only 2-4 seconds of your time when shutting it.

Impractical to use because of limitation on opening without tearing. Kids barely used it and the brads holding the lid in place came right out. It has to be assembled and is barely thick enough to be considered cardboard. I would go with "paperboard," to be more exact. I was super disappointed and had to have my husband build an actual treasure chest the day of my daughter's party because this was useless. The description was not good enough, and I should have known that was a red flag.

I bought this for my daughters 5th birthday as a little prop to her pirate and princess themed party. My first thought when I opened it was that it was very cheaply made. I figured it was going to be cheap quality because of the inexpensive price. It for the day I needed it to work but by the end of the party it had become unusable. We had only used it to store the dollar store type plastic jewel rings, necklaces, gold coins, tiaras and paper pirate hats. It is thinner than cardboard and was like holding all of those items in a paper box. It wasn't great quality for what I used it for but there's got to be a good use somewhere. This treasure test was pretty adorable and if it came in the same size, shape, design, etc but with a higher quality material I would buy several to use as dress up clothes storage or even as a prize box for my kids.

You get what you pay for....had I known the cardboard would be so thin and flimsy, I wouldn't have paid more than $4. I'm going to make it work for my classroom purposes this year, but hopefully, this review will save another teacher from making the same mistake!

This little treasure chest is cute and exactly what I needed. It’s made of paper so don’t think you can use it for anything heavy duty, but it’s inexpensive and very pretty (especially the little gold fasteners that come with it to secure it together...very cute).

Save your money!! This product is not worth anything but $1! It's made out of thin cardboard that tore while I was connected the edges together.. also it was shipped all rolled up so it had to be flattened before you could even consider putting it together! I bought it for my classroom as a prize treasure chest and it is way to small for that.. it turned into my sticker holder but still it looks like something bought at a dollar store for $1. So so so disappointed!! Off to find a more sturdy treasure chest!

It is thin cardboard. It is not wooden or any other hard material. Kids can break or tear it easily.Pictures are misleading. it looks like wooden or displayed as that we can use the lock and keys. That is completely lie. It is just a paper print for lock and keys. Not even worth of $2.

Trop fragile

Pessimo, io lo avevo pagato 13!euro e no vale la pena, a 6 euro magari..

me decepcionó... es muy fino el papel... asiq nada mas empezar a jugar con él y abrir y cerrar la tapa un par de veces rompió... me esperaba algo más consistente, sobre todo porq el.precio qie tiene no me parece qie corresponda con la calidad del producto

Hübsche Truhe für die Schätze der kleinen Piraten. Ich habe die kleine Größe gekauft und diese ist ausreichend groß, sofern sie für Münzen etc. herhalten soll. Würde mir fast eine noch kleinere Ausgabe wünschen. Die Truhe ist relativ schnell aufgebaut und alle teile waren vollständig vorhanden. Es wäre schön, wenn es zum Öffnen der Truhe einen Griff/"Schniepel" gäbe.
