The light is operated by a mere touch of a sensitive button at the back of the light, where a metal socket connects magnetically to a ball on the mounting bar. This means that one can install the mounting bar in a fixed position with two simple screws, and then rotate and angle the lamp to cast its light where you need it. The lamp is easily detached to use it as a hand torch. Or you can just place the bar on any flat surface if you don't want it fixed. The button also controls the quality and intensity of the light, and can change from bright white to softer slightly yellow light. These are lovely to handle and use.

I liked the price and the convenience of installing these (chose the stick on option)The 3 light options give a decent brightness for the bedroom where I used it and can be dimmed by touching several times till desired temp is achieved.I wish it had a remote control though as you have to still reach to turn it off by touch after you’ve settled into bed.I also did not find them aesthetically pleasing enough and they were just a basic oblong ball objects that weren’t stylish at all. I have since replaced with a more stylish one that is remote controlled and put this pair in the spare room.Overall decent quality and functionality.

So easy to fit, love that they can be moved around to suit, and have varying settings.These are for inside utility so I fitted to back of door and can easily see washing machine drum contents and other items set lower or higher as I can adjust the light.

These lights are amazing put above pictures ,bright enough ,3 different settings amazing quality can either stick up with the adhesive strips that come with them or screw up ,great prices fr 2 in a box I had them in black they look amazi g up
