If you are looking for an inexpensive collar that provides firm support and restricts head movement this is a good choice. When I bought this I had severe neck pain and needed a firm collar providing a lot of support. This does the job admirably, and it gives me considerable pain relief. I bought it because without support, riding in a car was agony. This does the job. I can get around with almost no pain.However, this collar is exactly as advertised and pictured: it is FIRM and you can see the contour that holds your chin in one position. You cannot easily turn your head when this is on snugly. I'll switch to a less restrictive collar as my neck improves.

My neck Support contained NO INSTRUCTIONs and Did NOT INCLUDE the Extra Slip Cover which I was counting on, because I intend to use it outside when mowing, and it is certain to get dirty and need washing after using it. Very Disappointed.

too thick for my neck

This neck color was the perfect size for me. The price is fantastic. We had purchased one from Walgreens for $18 that was just like this. Well made. Quality same as more expensive ones.

I have been searching for a neck brace that fit as well as the one she got from the ER. She likes the fit and the comfort.
