Pleasant flavoured, chewable vitamin D3 gummies
These gummies are relatively small (see photo — I've included a 50 pence piece as a size comparison). They are chewable and have a pleasant lemon flavour. They contain a 1000iu dose of vitamin D3. The text on the packaging details that this dose is equivalent to 25 micrograms.I particularly like that the pack contains 180 gummies which is enough to last the six months period from October to March. The NHS website states that during these months when the sun is weak in the UK adults should consider taking a daily vitamin D3 supplement.I also like that the gummies contain no artificial colourings or flavourings. The packaging carries the "Suitable for Vegetarians" logo and it is easily resealable to keep the gummies fresh. One minor anomaly is that the text on the sales page states "BEST VALUE – 180 Gummies per pouch. 90 Days’ Supply." Whereas on the packaging the directions state: "Take 1 gummy daily [...] Do not exceed the recommended daily intake" — which indicates to me that the pouch contains 180 days' supply. This makes a pouch of these gummies even better value than the sales text implies, but it also might cause some confusion.

Taste lovely, and hopefully will do some good 🌞
I am a recent convert to gummies having recently had some cranberry gummies from Amazon which I was very pleased with. These are Vitamin D3 gummies, and they contain 1000iu. The great thing about these is that they are vegetarian and vegan as they are free from animal gelatin. We know that Vitamin D is commonly called the “sunshine vitamin”, but in the Winter here in the UK, sunshine can be in short supply, so a little top up is not a bad idea. I have difficulty swallowing tablets, so these chewy little gummies are just perfect. They have a fresh lemon flavour, and a chewy, but non-sticky texture. The recommended dosage is 1 gummy per day, so for £14.99 there is approx 6 months’ supply for one person. They work out at 8 pence per gummy, which is more expensive than tablets, but to me it’s a price worth paying. They do come in a resealable pouch, but unfortunately my bag had a small slit in it when it arrived, which hopefully will not affect the quality. They do advise leaving the product in the original pouch. The Best Before date on my pack is 11/25.In conclusion, I am happy with these gummies, but only time will tell if there are any benefits to be had. A word of caution, please make sure you keep these away from youngsters, as they look and taste like sweeties.

Massive pack of vitamins, tasty and no nasty additives, perfect for the whole family!
I bought these gummies because I wanted to boost my vitamin D levels, especially in the winter. They are vegetarian, which is important to me, and they have a nice lemon flavour. They are not too sour or too sweet, just right. The pouch is resealable and recyclable, which is good for the environment and for keeping the gummies fresh. There are 180 gummies in the pack, which is enough for 6 months for one person or 3 months for two people. I think it's a great value for money and a good way to stock up for the whole family. The gummies are easy to chew and swallow, and they don't stick to your teeth. They are suitable for age 12 and above, so my teenage kids can also take them. They say they like them too, and they don't forget to take them every day.Overall, I'm very happy with these gummies and I would recommend them to anyone who needs some extra vitamin D in their diet. They are tasty, healthy, and convenient. What more can you ask for?

A simple and easy way to get your Vitamin D
Like many people we wanted to make sure we were supplementing our vitamin D during the winter months and these gummies are a very simple and pleasant way to do this. You get a huge bag containing a 3-month supply of gummies at the basic strength of 1000iu which is suitable for most people. If you preferred a stronger dose you could have two gummies. The taste is a very pleasant lemon flavour and they dissolve much quicker than a jelly baby. It is worth noting that both the packaging and gummy itself look very like sweets so these should be kept well out of the way of children. These are more expensive than other forms of Vitamin D but they are perfect for those who struggle to take tablets or capsules and I think they are decent value.

Very tasty but also expensive
The UK NHS RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) of vitamin D is 400iu and they advise adults not to take more than 4000iu (which can be dangerous), so these gummies sit well within the sensible dosage. Vitamin D3 is commonly regarded as the most beneficial form (along with sunlight derived D2), so you're on good ground with these; in natural diets D3 is only derived from animal products but these are advertised as vegan and vegetarian friendly, so good (and important) if you follow either of those diets. I'm neither, but I've taken vitamin D supplements at around the 1000-2000iu mark since the start of Covid. This therefore only leaves two factors to consider when awarding a star rating: palatability and value for money. The answer to the first is easy: they are delicious - BUT this means that it is VERY important to keep these (in their completely unsecurable bag) away from children, who will empty the whole packet if they find them, and that could cause them harm. At the end of the day these are medicines; you have been warned. As for value for money, well, at their recommended dosage of 1 gummy per day that works out as just over 8p per 1000iu dose. Elsewhere on Amazon you can find 1000iu non-gummie tablets for as little as 1p or 2p a tablet. So, in the end, it all comes down to whether the extra 6 or 7p per day is worth it for the flavour. I'm not sure it is.

yummy vitamins
Since I discovered vitamin gummies, I really enjoy taking supplements this way. The fact that they taste good helps me remember to take them everyday. These have a nice lemon drop flavour and are not hard to chew. I take vitamin D in the winter when there isn't enough sunshine to provide it. Each gummy provides 500% the daily recommended amount, which is more than I would prefer.
