Fits 2014 Nissan Xterra
New hitch is constructed well, very solid and sturdy. To install hitch, you don't have to remove the upper 3rd bolt on each side of Xterra bumper but it does help to loosen those so you can swivel bumper slightly to lift hitch past the exhaust pipe, and to align holes in hitch and bumper for the new bolts. You install 6 new bolts with washers into threaded holes. I cleaned the rusty threads on the 2 exposed bolt holes a few days before attempting the installation. Be patient aligning holes - it's a 2 person job. Don't fully tighten any bolts until you have them ALL threaded in somewhat. A bright headlamp helps you visually align holes too.

Mounted perfectly. No extra holes were needed to be drilled. It lined right up.

Its a cheap option if you don't tow much weight
It fits perfectly fine. It was inexspensive. I'm sure it will be fine in the long run as the vehicle has a fairly low tow rating (5000lbs), but the welds are poor and they couldnt even be bother the weld the eyelets on strait where you secure your safety chains. They're crooked and lopsided. If this hitch was going on my diesel truck and showed up like this hitch did, i would have immediatly sent it back.

The hitch is too narrow
Got it and believed it was a good deal but the hitch installer said the was too narrow and doesn't fit without bending the parts that hold the bolts. Extra labor work and basically offset the price I'd pay for a curt and u haul. Not diy friendly. The installer got it done but you've got the idea.
