Perfect remedy for the varicose veins problem.
I really like the socks . They have given me comfort and my legs do not hurt me MUCH since I started putting them on. The only problem is that I ordered one pair. I have noticed that the edges are not intact. The threads come off sometimes.

They come up small I bought two pairs of different sizes.
So long as you buy a size larger than required they are fine, thanks to previous reviews I bought a medium pair for a medium person, also a larger pair, it was the larger pair that fitted, I now need to return the smaller pair. They arrived on time and in good order, providing you buy a larger size then I would recommend.

Disappointing
I read the reviews and decided to go up a size and ordered a large size. I am glad I did, as a medium would have been too restricting.I was still disappointed because the socks were too long in length (my shins ankle to knee are approximately 12 inches), creating wrinkles in the compression, which caused the socks to cut into my calf, cutting off circulation. I tried various ways to wear the socks e.g. folding them over but nothing worked. After a few hours I would need to pull the socks off.I cannot return the item because everytime I wore the socks my nails would catch in the material.

Anti embolism stockings
bought these for a relative afer a short stay in hospital (advised to wear them all the time) he was sent home with the ones he was wearing and wanted another pair, so they could be washed in between use. great fit

Didn't work for me.
These didn't work for me. Although the fit seemed OK when I put them on, they very quickly creased up around my ankles and my ankles had swollen up within a few hours. I've bought at least 4 other brands of compression sock on Amazon and these are the only ones that have given me this problem - probably something to do with the method of construction.

Three Stars
Tried to put stockings. Far to tight.

Appalling quality
I brought these for work, but as you can see in the photo, completely frayed after being worn just once. I don't have either long or sharp fingernails and it was the correct size. Was a perfect fit but now useless without elastic. Guess this explains why the NHS ones are so expensive...
