This 6-cup absorbent pull-ups are the best! I've struggled with many different pullups but this does extremely excellent! My client urinates a lot and with this, I only use 3 a day as opposed to 12 I used to use! It's a shame the Because brand does not accept Medicaid payments! But I buy out of pocket to make my job and client have peace of mind!!! It absorbs well, no leakage, fits comfortably and it's durable and last all night!

I bought this product to facilitate my need for incontinence protection following hip replacement. Tabs did not stick, material tore if I turned in chair or scoote up - it would fall off.I wish I had felt stronger earlier as this would have been returned.

If you're at the higher end of the size small you have to get the med. My mom was on the mid-high size on the size allowance and they literally barely fit I almost couldn't use them. They are decent diapers though. Not the best cost and I think there are just as good options available for a better price. I didn't have any issues with overnight leaks once I got the med size but I did a few times with the small because they barely fit. Because I had opened them and attempted to use one I could not return.

Bought these briefs for our disabled son. I was skeptical as we have tried SO MANY. These did not disappoint. The fit was great (He is 131 lbs roughly and about 6' tall), no problems with leaking, and it was a package of 18 which for 25.00 was not the greatest value but worth it to us because it fit so well and didn't leak! I highly recommend these.

The diaper was larger than expected for a medium size. It was easy to put on and it stayed on. It was soft and non-irritating. It was good for overnight use. No leaks. It was very thick so you may want to get a small size for a medium person and so on.

First, I ordered the wrong kind. I got the tabbed instead of pullup. They are way too big. Theyseem to be sized larger that other brands.

Just want to say that I am paralyzed and need to wear a diaper 24/7. Overnight & at times being sleepless, I might pee twice while my husband is sleeping. So, I just wanna say that this diaper holds it in quite well.
