Was a skeptic, but it really helps milk supply!
I was struggling to produce enough breast milk and had tried other galactogogues and power pumping to try to increase my supply without any success. I was 3 months postpartum so my milk supply was established and this was my last attempt before having to supplement with formula (nothing wrong with that, I just really wanted to be able to give my baby breast milk for at least the first 3-6 months). Now I’m not a big believer in supplements actually working but I figured it was worth a shot and couldn’t hurt to try. Within a couple of days of taking the supplement there was a definite increase in my supply. I had enough to occasionally freeze some and had enough bottles in the fridge waiting for baby, when previously I struggled to make enough milk. Unlike other brewers yeast formulations, this is in a tablet form so there’s no yucky taste. Now I am 5 month postpartum and still able to give my infant breast milk! Definitely pleased with this product and highly recommend!

Great for Milk Supply
After reading reviews on some pumping/Mom sites, I decided to give this a try. WOW. Just WOW. Having breastfed now for 8 months, and working for the last 6 months and pumping at work, my supply has seen its share of ups and downs. I had supply issues from the get-go (another story for another time), and have pretty much tried EVERYTHING. Prior to getting this in the mail, my routine consisted of 3 Fenugreek pills, 3x/day (with each meal) and Motherlove More Milk Special Blend 3x/day (between meals). But, I've tried everything in between those as well; Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, Gaia Lactation Support pills, the Motherlove slew of products and even the teas. Since Friday (it's Monday morning now, and Monday is always my low production day, being back on the pump after a weekend EBFing), I've been taking Fenugreek (3 pills), Blessed Thistle (2 pills) and the Brewer's Yeast (2 pills) 3x/day with each of my main meals. I know it sounds like a lot, but a mom's gotta do what a mom's gotta do, right? Anyway, like I said, this is normally a low production day. Mondays usually mean about 3-4 oz at my 9 am pump session (every other day normally yields about 4-5 oz at the same time of day). WELL.....this morning I got a whopping 8 oz. 8 OUNCES! In the same amount of time that I would barely get four. Not sure if it's the combination of what I'm taking, but having taken Fenugreek and the Blessed Thistle together previously in the past (never got these results), I'm going to go with the idea that the Brewer's Yeast is the magic bunny waiting in the hat.

Great product
Give these to the dog to prevent fleas and ticks. One a day and haven't had any problems with the little pests. Dog doesn't like the flavor so I just crush one in his food and it disappears. Definitely recommend so you don't have to use pills and chemicals

It works
Awesome product. Helped boost my milk supply. I noticed it works best if you take it everyday. I take it 2-3 times a day. I was really struggling in producing milk, since I started taking them my supply increase by 2 oz every time I pump.

Works well for lactation but causes grumpy baby toots
These work fast and well to increase milk supply for me. I was using yeast in powder form but was struggling to find ways to consume it--I'm prediabetic so a billion cookies a day is not a good choice for me. Not to mention with 2 kids under 2, I barely have time to use the bathroom, much less cook and eat. The tablets are much more efficient.I don't see it here for this product, but I believe I've seen others say brewer's yeast made their babies gassy. Holy cow does it ever. My baby farts almost constantly. When I've seen people in the past complain about the yeast making their babies gassy, I thought, "Big deal, who cares about a couple of toots?" But she's still at the age where she doesn't know how to toot efficiently, so it causes her a lot of distress. A little whining is ok, but my formerly easygoing baby has had some full on meltdowns (about 1 per day) trying to pass gas since I started taking these. It's gotten worse the more I've taken. But I'm trying to just power through to when she learns to pass gas easily because I still think the immunity she gets from breastmilk is worth a few weeks of the grumpy toots.

Not yucky!
Yea!! Pill form of the nasty brewers yeast! I was using the powder to make lactation cookies, but with the recommendations of eating like 2 every time you feed or pump, I was making a batch of cookies every few days. Ain't no one got time for that! So, the alternative was these handy yeast pills. Bottle was new, expiration in like 2 years, so it wasn't old or anything. The taste you can handle with a swig of water, unlike having to drown it out with sugar in the cookies. Plus, the older kids won't try & eat them (unlike my cookies, lol). Local health food store only carried high priced powder form (really $10 for a few ounces??) so Amazon is a fantastic resource for getting this amazing product fast. :)

Some women swear by this to increase breast milk production ...
Some women swear by this to increase breast milk production. I never really saw much of an increase, however I was on birth control, which I really think was the ca use of my significant decrease in production.

I am feeling better after using this on my dog.
I use this for flea and tick prevention on a German Shepherd that cannot handle insecticides due to Epilepsy. I give him 1 tablet twice a day. He has no reaction to it. I have not seen a flea on him, or a tick...but the hiking season is young!
