Not happy at all !! We had a couple windy days and even though I had it fastened down like it was supposed to be the wind flipped it upside down and destroyed it. I was using it for my golf simulator and I am very disappointed. There's not contact information for me to try and get a replacement or some type of discount, why is that?

This is my first time buying a portable carport..I thought the cover would be thicker. It had a couple of areas where i thought it was holes but i guess just areas that were thin..My 10x10 canopy looks like it would last longer. A couple of the pipes were bent so my husband did tge best he could to straightened them out but 1 good thing is that he was able to put it up by himself it was easy. I did like the zips for open air..you can move the car out and use for a gathering...the only thing is I don't think its heavy duty 😕

Ordered 2 of these to replace shelters that had collapsed in the recent snow. They arrive in two long boxes. Came with an excellent instruction manual with clear images. Took almost 4 hours for us to assemble. The cover is like a tarp. The zippers are cheap plastic and would not stay sealed. And once we had it assembled and looking at it we noticed a tear in the top, even though they are tear resistant I was ready to give 2 stars, but I got in touch with Dexso and they are taking care of the problem for us. This company has wonderful customer service. Glad to know a company will stand behind their product. Happy with it for now.
