These do exactly what they say - if you want an Instagram worthy butt that people can't help but look at then they're probably perfect but I felt like a bit of a porn star wearing them! They're also not particularly comfy around your bum, probably as mine isn't used to being 'shaped' like that...In terms of size the L is what I went for as a UK 12 and they fitted well. If it wasn't for the hugely over emphasised bum I'd be very happy to wear them for the gym. I realise things what some people want, I think I'm probably too old for that look now and wouldn't wish it on anyone hence no photo of them on 😅

I’ve got the gear with no idea with these gym leggings! Lovely and comfy. The butt lift will take some getting used to, and they won’t be leaving the house on me! Haha. Workouts at home here!
