I wasn't sure what the quality would be like ordering one online but I took a chance. I love it!! Its thick and the quality is great. My purse can be a bit heavy and this strap supports it just fine. I only have it 4 stars because it's not easy to adjust...

A little bulkier and wider than I thought it would be

This is so poorly made that the clasp broke while walking across an intersection on the 3rd day I had it. No way to fix it. It is just cheap. Go to a proper leather shop and invest in a decent one. It's worth it.

great item. i replaced the strap that my crossbody came with and put this strap on. it is good quality and does not cut into my shoulder with the weight of my purse like the strap that came with my bag did. recommend.
