Now this may be down to my lifestyle or that I need to take them for longer to feel a difference. I do like the fact I'm taking a supplement that provides me with additional vitamins that I may be lacking in but I'm not sure I'd pay nearly £50 a month for this product over some multivitamins I can buy from the local pharmacy.
