Easy to fill, easy to clean
I have used these feeders for many years. They are very easy to fill and keep clean. The tops are steel and built to last forever, however the body tends to rust so only lasts 18-24 months, then needs to be replaced.

Top latching mechanism failed on first attempt
I may have been unlucky but the first time used the top latching mechanism failed and became detached. Looked week design before use but proved to be the case. Not worth returning as cost would be too high compared to cost of item. There may be a way of repairing but possibly think before buying. Wire cage and lid OK , loop not really suitable for placing over older branches as small diameter.
