Pump Motor cable is only 18 gauge for a 1 horsepower motor. This is a minimum size for a 220 volt motor using 750 watts. Distance from the power source (or breaker box), well depth, and other factors can influence the efficiency and power level at the motor. The owner's manual is not translated to English very accurately, just something to consider.

The three screw on the outside should have been counter sank allowing it to fit inside a 2” pipe

I have a 4" well head o I did not encounter the problem the other reviewer did. It looks good from the outside at least, and pumps water. Will report back on longevity......
