This pad is too hard

Here are the list of things that went wrong with the delivery of the product as well as in product quality -1. The cushion pad - is like STONE - NO FOAM at all and has no grip and is really the worst thing2. The blocks - came in chipped - discolored and also stained ? God knows with what3. The yoga band - ummm seems like a cheap quality ribbon which is good for one time use with strands of threads coming out.4. DELIVERY - COMPLETELY TORN package - and when asked to return at the time of receipt, I was denied the same since all the products ordered was presentWhilst I was completely inclined to purchase the product for the pricing it offered, thanks to this brand - I realise exactly why money brings quality.Complete disappointment and wouldn't recommend for anyone to get it either.

Knee support pads are very poor quality, although bricks and belts are good.
