Used to replace same product piece that had been damaged (installed 10yrs ago). Easily changed out new head myself, no leaks, no problems. Quality product, packaged well and received as promised.

Grohe is an exceptional product; this was a replacement for on that was many years old and used multiple times daily over 8 years by kids and adults alike Stick with what works... and quality is Grohe

I had been waiting to get this replacement shower wand in something other than the bright chrome finish and was excited to now see availability of the brushed nickel finish. Unfortunately, instead of a nice satin finish like my old shower head, the new one looks like someone just took sandpaper to shiny metal leaving a bunch of scratches. Very disappointed. I have always felt that products made in Germany were good quality but this certainly isn’t an example of that and it has “Made in Germany” markings.

Great quality Grohe product. Very functional and works as advertised.

Expensive but an excellent durable product that will last a lifetime.

This is nothing like the Grohe product I had previously. Poor pressure, very little pulsation in the massage function. I have a $50 Water Pik brand in a spare bath that has better performance but it really looks like cheap plastic, so I ordered the metal Grohe which also looks cheap metal with plastic head-it has a non functioning button- no instructions on package or in box-not worth the big price tag.
