Femme Iron Complex is soft on my stomach. I don’t have any problems when I take it in the early morning on empty stomach. Highly recommended!

Easy to swallow capsules. Have not noticed any adverse effects when taking with water on an empty stomach.

I've been taking a cheap form of iron (ferrous sulfate) that my doc prescribed, and it just doesn't seem to be doing much for my low iron / ferritin levels. I've been curious to learn more (undergrad organic chem did not prepare me for this!! so complicated!), and to try more bioavailable forms of iron. This blend has folate, several B vitamins, and vitamin C, as well as ferric pyrophosphate along with an endosomal emulsifier, soy lecithin. It's actually a pretty decent value for a 3 month supply. Unusual in that it's made in Japan! Manufactured in a GMP certified facility.

I have been taking iron supplements regularly for some time now so I know how they can vary. These iron supplements are more gentle on my stomach than others I have tried. They have helped to give me the iron I need while keeping me comfortable.

Im an active person but i had a bucal surgery and took a few weeks off from the gym to recover and when i came back i was feeling a little weak, tired and dizzy while working out. Also the cold and dark weather didn’t help, so I decided to take some supplements to help me out a bit. It has been a month since I started taking them so I could say that they help but not a huge difference. Definitely feeling much better in every aspect I say that diet play a big role in how you feel but so i cannot say that they don’t work, i will keep taking them because they’re easy to swallow & digest.
