Bought to replace the same style double toilet holder, whist the fitting design was slightly different and a new screw hole had to be drilled, which was a ten minute jobNo complaints on delivery or purchase.

Good product
installed one of these in 2 of our WCs when we did the house up 8 years ago. One of them started to "sag" on the horizontal plane. Really quite annoying. I tried several attempts to tighten screws etc. even resorted to superglue! Nothing worked, so I bought this one. No problems but would have been useful to have layman's instructions how to change it so the horizontal bar stick out to the left!. I worked it out after nearly undoing the screw on the back. Wrong! Just loosen the captive underneath and slide the horizontal out and turn it around.
