Q: These bags are horrible at sealing because the ziplock is so tiny. Does this need a dark container to store it in should I eliminate the bag?

For small amounts use a baby food jar, for larger amounts, a small pickle jar or something like that which has a rubber, air tight seal inside the lid. For remainder inside the Bulk Supplements bags, I seal the ziplock, roll down the top tightly, and tape it down with several strips of masking tape. Never fails.

Q: Can you just throw this in with your pre/post protein shake? If so, would pre or post work best?

I use it in my post, 40 gram of whey protein. 5 gram of creatine and 3 gram of betaine. Don't forget to add dextrose to spike insulin and get nutrients into your system SOON after workout!

Q: Is Betaine effective if dissolved in coffee?

Yes it can be dissolved in coffee, tea, regular water. It's flavor isso neutral that it can be mix in natural water and it won't change the taste. Make sure to keep the bag tightly sealed. Humidity will damage the powder in. Matter of days. Hope it helps
