Fun & easy but effective
I was an Equinox gym member before the pandemic but have been working out at home since. I have 10 workout videos but this is one of the best. Gina B is so perky & fun that you can't help but join in enthusiastically. The "dance" steps are pretty easy but even then they are interspersed with walking in place so that the coordination-challenged can recover. You can actually get a pretty good arm workout, or just not do the arm movements if you prefer. I do them with either 1-lb. weighted gloves or 1.5 lb. dumbbells. I love that there are segments so you can do as much or as little as you feel like doing. This is a great workout video for either the beginner, the gym rat or in-between.

FUN way to Exercise-- Fantastic DVD!!!
I LOVE Gina B. I am a loyal follower of her Youtube sessions and have purchased ALL her DVD's to make sure I have them in hand and ready to go regardless of where I am. Her routines are Doable and FUN-- which is a HUGE Plus to get you motivated to do every day! You can mix it up with her Power Walks or more simple routines. She makes sure EVERYONE can follow the session and succeed. And she is POSITIVE and Inspiring. I appreciate that she talks in real time while doing it too. This DVD is a Fun Latin Energy Workout! I can't give her enough STARS. She has transformed my life by making working out FUN. I am on Day 185 of dedicated working out and actually LOOK Forward to do it daily-- which is a FIRST for me.

Highly recommend
I love this workout dvd. It is low impact and doesnt aggravate my lower back as some other workouts have. I'm not a super fit person but this workout definitely works the whole body. Gina is pleasing to listen to and even jokes once in awhile. Sometimes she starts a new move without warning which can be tough at first but once you do it a few times, you usually know what's coming. Gina also shows ways to up intensity or take it down a notch if needed. I highly recommend this dvd workout. I do it every other day with a firming dvd on opposite days.

Average
Routines are average - the constant irritating voice is annoying. I do not know why her voice sounds like fingernails on a blackboard to me, but it takes the pleasure out of what could be an energizing simple workoug.

High Energy Fun!
This workout is low impact, but it's also high energy and a lot of fun too! It's broken down into four 10 minute workouts that you can combine into a longer workout. There's also a 5 minute warmup and a 5 minute cool down. The moves are easy to follow along to and everything is completely safe. I love the Latin vibe as well. Gina B. always makes working out fun. A terrific buy. If you want to get fit while having fun, you'll definitely want to buy this video. Highly recommend.

Another Awesome DVD from Gina
This is so much fun! I love Gina's workouts because I love to dance and this is another great low-impact cardio workout. The nice thing about this one is that you can do any or all of the four walkouts in any order that you choose so you can switch things up whenever you want. I typically do the warm-up, three of the walkouts and the cool-down and stretch; it takes about 40 minutes. I have fun, work up quite a sweat and feel energized for the rest of the day. Try it--you'll like it!

Fun 10 minutes
My spouse and I just love this DVD 10 minutes DANCE THAT WALK. We like doing cardio, walking and sports. This DVD is excellent for a short Latin dancing exercise low impact and really enjoying the moves. It is different and we incorporate it in our daily activities. There is no excuse not to move! This is the best DVD for everyone even for "couch potato" and it keeps healthy and alive. Enjoying it.

Good workout but....
As others have said, this is a fun, easy workout. However, if you are used to faster paced workouts or more energetic workouts, this one will not be 'challenging' enough. I haven't used it for several months for this reason. To me it is a similar to maybe even a step down from a Leslie Sansone workout. Very easy to follow, and if you are looking for a very low impact routine, this one is it. I use it for when i don't really want to work out.
