Pyramex Safety Products SG9810R15

Very comfortable safety glasses. Very clear lenses and great protection. I work in a fleet HD shop and bought these upon recommendation by a coworker who also owns the the emerge black frames in which I swapped these out for on Amazon. The black frames were the ticket for me. Pyramex is hands down the best for quality safety glasses for those of us who need full readers. I've tried others and they just don't compare to this quality. Our shop is very bright so the clear frames were emitting light around my eyes. Unfortunately had to return them for black frames to cut down on glare. Not their fault everyone is different with different needs. The Emerge does have slightly larger lenses than the Plus model. But they are both very comfortable and quality glasses. The full lens readers have very clear quality. Go with this brand if you want true anti fog no slip off the face full readers that don't hurt your head behind the ears!

These readers are the best I have found to help me read in bed while shielding my eyes from air from my CPAP and ceiling fan. They aren't perfect but shield my eyes from about 80-90% of the “wind” at night. They are rigid plastic but pretty comfortable, even when laying on my side, and I have worn the all night on several occasions. If you have dry eyes, need nighttime relief from air flow around your eyes, and also need readers, I recommend this pair. If you don’t need readers, I recommend Crossfire 91351 AF safety goggles as a cheap, comfortable, and better sealing pair of nightime goggles available on Amazon.

Good quality safety glasses

These work well. The lenses are easy to see through and magnify at just the correct amount for my use. The only complaint, that is shared by many glasses, is that when working upside down and sweating, the lenses fog up. The extra protecting sides make that a bit more noticeable from regular glasses. However, they also protect better because of it. The glasses also do not slip off easily because of the rubber grips on the nose and ear areas.

I absolutely love these safety glass readers! I work in a metal shop and have to wear safety glasses all day. I also need readers to see what I'm doing up close, and these fit the bill perfectly. They don't want to fall off when I lean forward unlike my regular reading glasses. They also protect my eyeballs unlike my regular reading glasses. I have exercised moderate care with them, and the lenses are still clear and unscratched after a little over a month of use. Since I already knew what power of reader lens I need, it was easy to choose the correct power. I plan on ordering another pair in the tinted lenses for working outside in the sun. I highly recommend these. I also would like to warn against the safety glasses with readers. (Bifocal type) I can't imagine having to look down to look through the small magnified part of the lens for close up work. These glasses are not like that, and the entire lens is magnified. The only bad thing I could say about them is that they are not very stylish, but when I'm on the job, that is the last thing I am concerned about. Protecting my vision and doing good work are much higher priorities.

As my age goes up, my eyesight gets worse :) Working on the car is difficult without reading glasses of some sort. I was using my regular readers, but they let too much gunk fall into my eyes. I bought a set of bifocal safety classes, but the magnification point was too small and I kept having to tilt my head up in order to see. So I took a gamble with getting a pair of full lens magnification (not bifocal), and these Pyramex worked wonders. They fit great! I had them on all day today without any fatigue. Working under the car they protected me from the rust and gunk falling off the car. And while installing a radiator hose from the top, I was able to look at it in clear view without having to tilt my head. If you need reading glasses and need safety glasses, THIS IS what you want.

great pair of glasses. they seem to be very well made, not flimsy and cheep feeling. lenses are super clear and magnification is perfect.

Very comfy glasses, lightweight, good surround protection. They are a wee bit strong for me. My eyes are just on the line, to need glasses or not. I have 2 sets of prescriptions. 1 for driving, 1 for reading. Both 1.25+ if I recall. These safeties are 1.5 strength. Great for when I have my head in a small space, like leaning over brakes to see the mounting bolts in behind, or up close tiny screws etc. These have the entire 100% surface are 1.5 strength fyi. When I stand up to walk tho, everything is extremely fuzzy. So I have to flip them up or down to see to walk. So I think I may need bifocals ! Lol. Otherwise great glasses for close up work ! A+
