Makes Movies Sound Amazing
As a person that is a big horror movie buff and action movie buff, I like my more than my fair share of dramatics and thumping and bass sounds and all that good business. So adding this pile sound bar to our current television setup has been nothing short of amazing. I don't know how else to say it other than the fact that it manages to give the sounds coming out of our system a lot more depth and a lot more feel to it and.The fact that it has a remote makes it even better so we don't have to get up and down to adjust the sound or to turn it off.

volume too low
I took a gamble given the reviews. I lost. Oddly, the setup/menu voice was really loud (not sure if you can adjust that, maybe I missed it in the manual) yet when playing the TV content, it was really low. At first I thought it wasn't working or failed to pair, but the voice screams it's paired. So I cranked up the bar to its max of 23 and heard a little. I cranked my Sony Bravia up to 50 and heard the sound. Yes 50 on the TV (22 on soundbar) for a normal volume compared to just TV speakers. for reference, good level sound only on the TV speakers alone is at 15 to 20. I have an old, nothing fancy Insignia bar with less power that performed about the same. I even tried adjusting the sound setting like taking it off Dolby sound, changed compression to none and vice versa, etc.... still a big difference between the two. I even enabled the sound sync feature and no difference. I even tried good old aux cable. No difference. Honestly, when I did have the TV turn up high and got decent sound from the soundbar, I was not impressed for something that was supposed to be more powerful than my old Insignia bar. I barely noticed a difference with the bass on. Not sure where the extra "boom" was but it wasn't here. This truly was a Pyle....of.So I am returning this!pros: - it comes with aux cable and an Optical but they are relatively short so they're likely for wall or on TV mount.

Treadmill speaker
I bought this to use as a speaker for my treadmill. My television speakers didn’t have the quality or volume I was wanting for watching shows or listening to music. This speaker has good volume and clarity so I can now hear my entertainment easily over everything. I like that it is able to be wall mounted. That worked out perfect for me, I was able to wall mount it right under the television, using the screws provided. I connected to the television using the auxiliary cable, but it does have an optical cable and bluetooth capability as well. When connecting to my phone for music, I use the bluetooth. It comes with a remote for adjusting the volume, which is handy. Nice speaker and works a lot better than the built in television speakers.
