Perfect solution to help growing strength in upper arms for setters!
This ball is a great way for volleyball players to generate some upper body strength. It came packaged nicely. I was able to use a regular bicycle pump with a needle and pump it up to the recommended weight. You can really feel the difference in this ball compared to a regular volleyball. My daughter struggled a bit to push the ball out when she was setting. Now when she practices with this ball, since it is heavier, she practices with this ball and then switches to a regular ball and it has really helped her with her problem of pushing the ball out. The ball is very good quality and made of quality material.
