ULG 6.5" Overall Length Professional Hair Cutting Scissor, Stainless Steel, 6.2" Length

Full disclosure: I am not a professional hair stylist, and don't even know how to do a proper haircut!But, like so many of us across the globe (thanks to the coronavirus pandemic), I have a bad case of 'pandemic hair', from sheltering in place for a couple of months since my last haircut - and not being able to get a trim again - safely - for the foreseeable future. So I figured it was time to learn a new skill, with the hope of achieving a tidier look, and healthier growth - at least until I can get a professional haircut again.These scizzors are made of Japanese stainless steel, and appear to be of very good quality. They have a nice weight and feel. They are very sharp, and deliver a clean, easy, quiet cut. There is a little silicon 'bumper guard' attached to one of the sides, that cushions the scizzors as they cut, and the finger rest is well placed. And thankfully - although I have fairly large hands for a woman (size L in cleaning gloves), both my thumb and fingers fit in the scizzors just fine.I also appreciate there is an adjustable tension screw, should I need that in the future. (They arrived perfectly adjusted, for my taste.)In all, these appear to be a quality pair of haircutting scizzors, at a good price - perfect for nonprofessionals too.They came quickly and in perfect condition.I am very pleased with my purchase, and this seller.

I maintain my husband's short hair cut by cutting it every 3-4 weeks. I wanted a good pair of scissors after using junk ones for too long. I settled upon these and am very pleased with them. They feel sturdy in my hands and are easy to use. The pinky rest adds comfort. The tips are blunt, but that doesn't mean they can't cut you (I know from experience) by pinching just a bit of skin on the very ends. They cut hair (wet and dry) with ease. They seem to be staying nice and sharp. They are heavy for small scissors (because they are quality) but not in a bothersome way. As a non-professional but regular user, I recommend.

I've never purchased scissors dedicated for cutting hair before, but stuck at home with the shutdown(s) this year I decided to buy some for my own use. I'm not sure what I expected size-wise, but these seem smaller than the scissors those used by barbers and stylists I've gone to in the past, and smaller than the pair my mother has and used for cutting kids hair. They are sharp, and they look very nice, so they're usable, but I should have paid more attention to the size described in the listing. The listing does give the measurments, so I can only blame myself for not considering just how small they are.

Second pair because someone in my family swiped the first. With reason. I'm a "get what you pay for" person but not with these! They are Soo sharp and super easy to adjust! As a former beautician ive spent hundreds on good hair sheets but since I've retired, I needed some decent sheers for my kids trims. These are wonderful. I hear people complain about having to take several snips instead of cutting one big hunk of hair. Are they kidding? Have they never had a professional haircut? I cannot imagine what the finished product looks like. The offset handle makes for a comfortable grip and the size fits perfectly in my palm. Great for home use, just watch your fingers!

I gave my husband his first pandemic hair cut with these scissors. For my very first time cutting hair ever, with the guidance of YouTube videos, I think I did a pretty decent job considering I have no experience as a barber. The scissors felt awkward to hold, probably due to my inexperience, so I can’t say I fault them. For example, I would comb his hair up to snip, but I would have to set the comb down first before I cut. I felt a little uncoordinated, but hopefully that will lessen if I need to cut his hair again.Let me say though, do not be fooled by the relatively smaller-than-average-size-scissors, the slightly blunted tips, or the pretty pink jewel in the center of the scissors — these are sharp as hell, so be careful. I was so unpracticed I snipped my finger near the knuckle.three times. My hand was a bloody mess by the time I was done. At one point, I thought I cut my husband’s ear, but I realized that was just me bleeding! (Just to note, they do warn you they are sharp.) Next time, I plan to be proactive and double-bandage my finger where I kept cutting my hand before I even begin until I get the hang of this thing. Other than my first experience being a bit of a bloodbath, I do recommend these scissors. They did the job at an unbeatable price!

Perfect Razor Sharp Hair cutting shears to trim my hair at home every 3 months or so. These shears have saved me tons of money since I'm not getting my hair professionally cut and has allowed me to keep my hair free of split ends and sometimes random flyaways. I have used these shears to cut my very thick curly hair when it was wet and when it was dry as well as when I flat iron my hair cutting it while it was straight. Very comfortable grip super sharp razor shears, they have a little weight to them and they even have a tension control feature! Very important to use them ONLY on your hair if you want them to remain super sharp. BEST HAIR SHEARS I HAVE EVER OWNED! GREAT QUALITY! LOVING IT!!!

These are so sharp, you have to be very careful using them if you aren't trained. They work great.

These are REALLY sharp! I am still astonished. I brushed my chin with the open point, like lightly, didn't hurt one bit, but just kept bleeding! Lol. Nipped a finger too! Be careful with these! Boy they sure cut hair nicely! Idk how I feel about the finger hole inserts. Seem too small with them in, too big with them out, I guess I'm in between sizes. But overall these are amazing for the price. No idea if they'd hold up to salon usage, but for home cuts they're great, even on my husband's thick, course, curly, unruly hair.

Good for amateurs cutting hair!

I bought this for cutting my own hair. Using this professional pair of scissors makes hair cutting *much* easier. Just be careful because these are sharp. When I was trimming back of my head, I wasn't being watchful, and managed to easily cut my finger. All good now, and I guess I've done four hair cutting sessions so far, getting the hang of it.

I purchased these to be able to cut my Mom’s hair at the nursing home during the Lockdowns. They are very sharp, comfortable to use & made the task easier than my old ones.
