Is it made in America?

Not sure if USA made, however git it quickly and is everything that was stated. Love it so much, will probably keep it in walk in shower, even when I can stand and shkwer in my own!

Are the arms removable

Yes, but the arms that come with it don't fit the chair. I sent one back and they sent me the same thing. I'm 250 lbs and don't fit with the arms anyway so I kept it. If you need the arms don't buy this chair.
