I want to send a signal to my BT headphones, can I use this item?

No, this device is a Receiver ONLY, to give Bluetooth capabilities to an existing stereo / powered speaker / PA, NOT a Bluetooth transmitter nor an amplifier. You may want a BT transmitter to send signals to your BT headphones.

Can I use it with my echo?

Yes. 1. Connect B06S+ to your stereo via a 3.5mm jack or RCA cable, make sure the audio cable was plugged into B06S+ and stereo, not with the echo. 2. Enter the Alexa on line app, Settings->Devices/Echo->Bluetooth->Pair a New Device->B06S+.

There are multiple colors for the LED light, what's the difference?

The LED stands for the audio codec. Blue stands for SBC/AAC; Light green for aptX; White for aptX-LL; Green for aptX HD; Purple for LDAC.

Ottimo accessorio per vecchi impianti hifi

Ricevuto nell'orario previsto con confezione ben protetta. Collegato con l'amplificatore dell'impianto stereo tramite i collegamenti rca e con lo smartphone tramite bluetooth mi ha risolto il problema e ho potuto ascoltare musica e altro. Nella confezione sono mancanti adattatore a 5v per collegamento con la rete elettrica, ho usato un ricaricatore per pile, e il collegamento rca per l'amplificatore hifi.
