Ok, normally I don’t review products I don’t like, I just return them but this one was so bad I’m here to warn others.First, I will say it arrived before the original delivery date by a few days. Everything came packaged nicely and clearly labeled. There were a million pieces! I have put together ALOT of furniture from ikea and other Amazon products and this one took me forever! They were basic directions which is fine but step 2 is where it started its decline. One of the legs was in the predrilled hole so it cracked the whole end. There was no saving it. I called Amazon and they sent me to the manufacturer who told me I would get the piece in 7-10 days. I was on step 2 I had pieces all over my room and couldn’t wait that long. Amazon told me they were going to send me a whole new one in 2-3 days. Sold. It was like a week. I called and they sped it up a day or 2. The replacement came and the mirror was smashed. I took the piece out I needed and as I put things together I had to use more pieces out of the replacement box. By the time I got to building the drawers I was over it.The seat is so low I felt like a kid sitting at a bar. The light wasnt bright enough to do my makeup in my room. The drawers have to be put in just so or they don’t really close without force with the handle on it. You can also see every finger print on the black surface! Drawers are also very small.Needless to say I’m returning both vanities. (Original and replacement)

Perfect fit lighting just everything

It is a nice vanity, but if all parts come as they should. It takes a long time to put together. So many parts! The drawers are difficult to line up. And the light is not as bright. My product arrived with chips of paint off the drawers and paint off the edges as well. I reached out to customer service, but they were no help they wanted me to return the whole item. I would not recommend to buy. Spend a little more for better quality.

It's exactly what I expected from the product description and photos. I looked for a long time before settling on this vanity. The large mirror and the built in lighting is perfect, plus lots of storage in the drawers. The only downside was that during shipping the mirror became cracked. I was rather let down upon opening the package and figured I was destined to be stuck with a damaged item. I contacted product customer service with a heavy heart and to my surprise they were quick to respond, friendly, and offered quick solutions. Very impressed!

I like how my vanity looks, and I love how huge the mirror is. It was the biggest one I could find on Amazon (attached to a vanity) so I'm giving 3 stars. I'm taking one star away because it took me and my partner 16 hours to put this together and it was very frustrating. The second star I'm taking away because the drawers are finicky.As background for us, we have both put together several furniture items from Amazon and Ikea, which is notorious for having not very detailed instructions. And this was on a competely different level.To explain, the directions do have illustrations. They list which parts are needed in each step. However, you have to look very carefully at each picture to find out what is going where as there are no labels or worded instructions. The manufacturer should at least color in red what is going on in each step, or add arrows pointing to the part name inside the pictographs.But this wasn't why it took so long. There are literally just so many steps.I feel that the manufacturer should have at least pre-assembled the tracks for the 11 drawers. You have to screw on 22 tracks to the desk and then another 22 tracks onto the drawers. This portion alone took three hours. I get that the product has to be mostly flat to be shipped, but I can't see how adding the drawer tracks would have made the item any bulkier to ship.The drawers slide in nicely if you get them in right, however if you slightly put them in lopsided there are these little ball bearings that fall out. Once they fall out it is impossible to put them back. So now a few of my drawers slide in and out roughly. I would have preferred a more simple track for the drawers. These are too fancy for no reason and I feel that they require specialty carpentry experience.In retrospect, I wish I would have bought a huge light up mirror to hang on my wall and purchased the desk part, and maybe some shelves separately. If it was going to be this much work, I could have at least had a custom vanity tailored to myself.

This seller was awesome to work with, we had some issues but obviously it was manufacturing and not the seller themselves. I updated the start from 1 to 4 because I would be happy to work with this seller again. Honest and quick to respond. The vanity itself was not my favorite. I would not purchase that, but the seller shouldn’t be dinged for that. I really appreciated them!!!The lighting system on this doesn’t work. There’s no cover for the plate that has to connect to the mirror from the power to make it stay so it would disconnect by itself all the time and then it just stopped working all together. It also took me nine hours to put together.

The media could not be loaded. DON’T PURCHASE! Don’t waste your money and time on this vanity. When I first received the vanity, the mirror arrived shattered. Contacted the seller and was able to receive a replacement that took 10 days to arrive. I’ve had the replacement for about 5 weeks, now the mirror light is not functioning, I’ve tried unplugging and replugging it, reconnecting the wires and nothing seems to work. Also, when the vanity light did work it was very dim. Spend your money on a better quality vanity.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased this for my daughter. For the price it is very cheap. The drawers don’t line up at all with the handles on them. The handles are very cheap made. The only thing that is good is all the storage/drawers it has. The mirror is bright unlike some of the other reviews. It came in so many pieces and took forever to put together.
