The media could not be loaded. Very easy to put together but make sure you read the instructions especially the bit about aligning the Drum Arrows, do that correctly and the blades fit. One very minor problem in that one drum bolt had no thread, just got another from my stash. So far very satisfied with the product, large enough for my needs. Delivery was prompt and on time. 4.95 stars this far
