These are comfy and do provide arch support. I wish they were full length

My husband has a standing job, standing on linoleum tile for 7-8 hours. Adding these to his work shoes has helped take the pressure off his heels and he’s really enjoying them!

I have severe chronic pain my my feet from diabetes and standing on my feet on concrete 10 hours a night.So I needed something to give both cushion and support. I used to make my own arch supports out of adhesive pads that are no longer manufactured. I was able to custom make them for maximum support and comfort. Not any more. I ran out months ago and I can't seem to get any more. So I am resorting to this.These are the third pair of similar items that I have obtained in the last few months and though these are by far the best, they are no where near as supportive or as comfortable as the ones I used to make myself. Yes they are an improvement. There is no doubt about that. But they are not quite up to my exacting standards. Even with these my feet still hurt by the end of the night. The best I can say is that I can actually complete my shift wearing these as I have not been on a few occasions with the prior ones from other makers. There is some arch support. There could be more. There is some cushion under the heel. There could be more. They do fit my shoe fine so there is that. They also seem to be made of good quality materials and will probably last months if not more than a year so there is that.One thing though and that is the price. For what they do they should be half the price. I have seen similar ones at the pharmacy for 2/3 the price.I can only marginally recommend these as better than nothing but they should be better than this.

I got this for my husband. He uses the inserts all the time and says it provides good support. He said it's comfortable and easy to use on a daily basis. I recommend because it works like other ones that we've purchased from the store.

I don’t recommend these is your suffering with Plantar Fasciitis

This foot support/heel cup just did not work for me or for my daughter. I have plantar fasciitis, and have used these before, and my daughter crushed a bone in her heel and has pretty bad heel pain. We both tried this, but it just did not work for us. Neither of us have "flat feet", but the arch area of this was uncomfortably high. It also tended to slide around in my shoes, and since the material is relatively stiff, that made it uncomfortable. My daughter tried them once, and would not try them again because they slid inside her shoes when she was running for PE, and she had to stop to remove them (embarrassing for a teenager). This is a good concept, with cushion in the middle heel area, and would probably work well for someone else, but not for either of us. I prefer the ones that go the whole length of the foot. It would probably work best for someone only walking around the house, or standing still, not for someone going on long walks or running.
